Cost
Conference cost is $95. A non-refundable deposit of $25 reserves a student's spot. Balance is due December 13th. A $25 late fee will apply to any outstanding balance at that time.
Cost covers conference, 5 of 7 meals (Wednesday dinner & Thursday lunch not covered), hotel room, and transportation.

What NOT to forget
(make sure to have this stuff)
- Money for dinner Wednesday night & Thursday lunch (suggested $10 ea) and for any souvenirs (There will be product and snack tables available.)
- Any necessary medications
- Clothes for 3 days
- Toiletries
- ID, wallet, cash
- Snacks (for hotel room, so don't bring the grocery store)
- Bible & Journal
- Pen/pencil
- Warm outdoor clothing for Heart of the City project (We won't know what will be doing until much closer to Terra Nova, so it's best to just be prepared)
- The Terra Nova Release Form (This is different from the Student Ministries' one.)

What to forget
(leave this stuff at home...or in the case of the last 3, don't mess with it at all)
- CD Players/Radios/mp3 players (yes...iPod's included)/laptops/DVD Players/Portable Gaming Devices (PSP's, Game Boy's, Nintendo DS's, etc.) This is an electronics free conference as far as that stuff is concerned. [Cell phones are O.K., but turn 'em off when asked.]
- T-shirts or sweatshirts with offensive language or images
- Laser pointers
- Illegal drugs
- Tobacco or Alcohol (which, for the most part, are illegal for Middle School and High School students, but I thought I'd separate 'em out any way)
- Weapons: you know...knives, guns, candlesticks, and all the other things featured in the classic board-game "CLUE"
